English discussion board counter arguments

As a class each of you will post two paragraphs.
The first will be your thesis paragraph.
The 2nd paragraph will be your counter argument.
Students will not need to respond to each other’s post, but I do encourage each of you to read what others have written as their counter arguments.
Heads up: I am looking for the source that you found in your thesis paragraph, and I am looking for a source in your counter argument argument paragraph. Remember the sources are how you enter into the conversation. Please do not forget the model: Source, Claim, I-statement, Personal claim.
