2. Approximate frequency of this meal

3. Where I get this meal, do I prepare it myself?

4. Estimate ratio of marconutrients kcalories (i.e., %carb:%fat:%protein)

5. Estimate of the distribution of the classes of carbohydrates (sugars, polysaccharides, fibers) and lipids (triglycerides, phospholipids, sterols)

6. Quality of the protein (essential amino acids present?)

7. Significant source (>20% of RDA) for Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Calcium, magnesium?
